DO YOU SELL TO THE PUBLIC?
Canadian Manda Group is an independent sales agent representing many different publishers/distributors. We do not sell to the public, but if you’d like to locate a bookstore near you that carries any of the titles we represent, check out the Canadian Indie Bookstores Who Deliver Map!
HOW DO I SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A PUBLISHER/DISTRIBUTOR?
Accounts are set up for EACH publisher/distributor separately. You will not have an account with Canadian Manda Group. Since accounts are held with each publisher/distributor, all orders must be separated by vendor as they are processed at different locations. Please fill out the NEW ACCOUNT FORM and a sales representative will contact you.
HOW DO I CREATE A MANDA GROUP WISH LIST?
STEP 1
On the Specialty List page, click the images to browse our various specialty lists.
STEP 2
Find books, calendars, puzzles and/or UPG items you love, then click "ADD TO WISH LIST."STEP 3
View your Wish List by clicking the heart icon ♡ on the top right of the page to see everything you saved.STEP 4
Click “SEND WISH LIST” to share your list with our sales team. We’ll provide more details on wholesale pricing and promotional offers.
HOW DO I TRACK MY WISH LIST?
You will receive an email confirmation from one of our sales representatives. They'll confirm your list and they can recommend additional titles you might like to add to a future purchase order. Please note purchase orders are shipped directly by each publisher/distributor.
HOW DO I START A NEW WISH LIST?
We’ll keep track of your favourites so that you don’t have to spend time searching for items every time you visit our site. To start fresh, simply clear individual items from your Wish List using the delete buttons in each row, change the quantity of the item to zero or clear cookies from your browser or device, either globally or from a specific website (www.mandagroup.com).
WHAT IS MY WHOLESALE DISCOUNT?
Each publisher/distributor has a different schedule of discounts and minimums for orders. Similarly, all invoicing is carried out directly by the publisher/distributor. Once we receive your Wish List, we will be able to provide more information.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Generally, the price you see on our website is the Canadian MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) or the Canadian list price of each book/product/calendar. Unemployed Philosophers Guild pricing is quoted as Canadian NET pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Due to COVID-19, we’re limiting access to our showroom, but please contact us to book a future appointment. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9AM – 5PM EST.

CAN I BROWSE YOUR CATALOGUES?
Yes! Please visit our Catalogues Page to browse Fall 2020, Spring 2020 and Fall 2019. You can also request a specific specialty list from one of our sales representatives.
